We firmly believe that this phase of life is a time of great potential, and it's my mission to provide you with the resources, support, and community you need to thrive during this incredible chapter so that you can be the best, healthiest version of yourself.

We come into the world so innocent and pure. Life throws both good and bad at us and it changes us.
Change isn't always bad. The only constant in life is change after all. But sometimes our life circumstances and decisions can weigh us down.
We forget who we are, who we were before all that stuff happened, and who we want to be in this great adventure called life. No matter what's happened, believe in yourself. You're worth whatever it is you want to do, become, say, or be. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.
You're worth putting in the time and effort to be healthy, make a shit ton of money or any other goal you want to achieve. I'm here to guide you and support you every step of the way.
The Story Behind Flourish After 40
After dedicating more than two decades to the education field, working tirelessly to serve students and their families in my community, my love for teaching was undeniable. However, I found myself feeling stuck. Stuck in a traditional job getting up at the “crack” of dawn and getting home late feeling tired and “over” life.
So I thought to myself, “Is this all that life has to offer? Surely, there has to be more than this?”
For years, I grappled with the question of how to best serve and support others, feeling the frustration of not knowing how to channel my desire to help into meaningful action. While I had a great career, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was missing.
I yearned to do more, to expand my reach, and to explore my desire for mindset and manifestation while helping other women discover theirs.
As a teacher, I turned to research to find solutions to my questions. Yet, as I scoured the internet, I couldn't find the community of supportive, empowering women that I envisioned. That's when I decided to take matters into my own hands and create Flourish After 40, a vibrant space where women can uplift, inspire, and empower each other on their paths to greatness.j
