    Say you really, really want to buy a new car. Visualize yourself with the car, driving it, sitting in it, driving it through the car wash, all the things you would want to do in your new car.

    You can use visualization techniques to create a vision board or a mental movie of your desired outcome.

    Visualization helps you focus your thoughts and emotions on what you want to manifest and sends a clear message to the universe.

    Affirmations and Positive Thinking

    When I was struggling with letting go and trusting the higher power, I decided that I was going to move into a YES mentality. What does that mean? It means that when the universe/God (whatever you want to call it) presented me with an idea or opportunity and I felt right about it in my gut (AKA intuition) I decided I would say “Yes!”.

    Now I'm NOT going to pretend this was easy for me and in fact, I'm still working on pushing past my fears and jumping in headfirst, but it gets easier the more you do it.

    Interestingly, I will say that practicing this YES mentality has pushed me into some really interesting places that I would have otherwise not had the courage to do or go.

    Plus, every time I say yes to something that seems a little scary, two things happen.

    One, I trust myself and my intuition a little more each time.

    Two, I'm not second-guessing myself as much and I'm spending less time overanalyzing the possible end result because I'm not focused on it.

    Aligning with Your Desires

    Finally, aligning with your desires can be a challenge in manifestation.

    It is important to ensure that your thoughts, beliefs, and actions are all aligned with your desires.

    This means focusing on positive outcomes, believing that you deserve what you desire, and taking action toward achieving your goals.

    When you are aligned with your desires, you are more likely to manifest them into reality.

    Also, know that challenges are a natural part of the manifestation process. By recognizing and addressing these challenges, you can overcome them and achieve your desires.
