The Green Machine Smoothie
- 1 banana (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup strawberries (I prefer frozen)
- 1 serving protein powder (I prefer Orgain)
- 1 serving powered collagen (I prefer Orgain brand)
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 cup milk or milk substitute (almond, oat, etc)
Put the powders and milk in the blender. Blend on low/medium setting for 30 seconds to a minute. Cut off the blender. Add the fruit and spinach. Blend all of the ingredients for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed to reach the desired consistency.
